Product Communications Manager

• Build and execute communications strategies and product launches for Dropbox
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify key audiences, metrics, and story concepts to drive news coverage for Dropbox
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to amplify impact of new product features, platform innovation, and other company news
• Help develop thought leadership content and work with relevant teams to promote that content on the appropriate channels
• Deepen relationships with media and influencers
• Partner with external agency to drive results

• 5-7 years of communications experience, ideally in both agency and in-house tech company settings
• Ability to demonstrate strong writing and creative storytelling skill a must
• Experience with and passion for growing and promoting tech brands with a deep understanding of the tech industry landscape
• Analytical problem-solver and strategic thinker with exceptional written and oral communications skills
• Strong media and industry network; experience working with tech industry media
• Team player with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Experience with security, developer, and platform technology communications a plus
