This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager II - eCommerce Analytics & Business Intelligence (Adobe CJA) in United States.

This role sits at the core of a data-driven eCommerce organization, owning the analytics and business intelligence capabilities that power decision-making across the digital customer journey. You will define and drive the product strategy for measurement, reporting, and insights, enabling teams to better understand and optimize conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue performance. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and data engineering teams, you will ensure that analytics solutions are accurate, scalable, and actionable. A key focus of the role is leveraging Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to enable unified, cross-channel customer insights. You will translate complex business needs into structured analytics solutions, ensuring data becomes a strategic asset across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role with strong visibility, influencing how digital performance is measured and improved at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce analytics and business intelligence, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and customer journey performance.
  • Define and track key KPIs across the eCommerce funnel, including conversion, AOV, retention, attribution, and engagement metrics.
  • Lead the implementation and evolution of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including configuration of data views, metrics, dimensions, segments, and calculated metrics.
  • Partner with data engineering teams on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) integration, identity stitching, schema design, and data ingestion processes.
  • Enable cross-channel customer journey analysis across web, mobile, CRM, marketing, and in-store touchpoints.
  • Translate business questions into analytics requirements, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and standardization of eCommerce metrics across teams and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, UX, and eCommerce teams to embed analytics into product development and optimization cycles.
  • Support analytics migrations, validation, and reconciliation efforts across legacy and modern platforms.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, digital analytics, or analytics product ownership.
    • Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is required.
    • Strong familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is highly preferred.
    • Deep understanding of eCommerce metrics, customer funnels, and digital journey analysis.
    • Experience working with data concepts such as identity resolution, schemas, and event-based data models.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineering teams and work with SQL-based datasets.
    • Strong analytical thinking with experience in experimentation, attribution, and performance analysis.
    • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, testable analytics requirements.
    • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within large-scale digital or retail organizations is a plus.
