As a Talent Management Program Manager you'll help shape how employees and managers set goals exchange feedback assess performance develop talent and grow their careers. You'll partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners Learning & Development Human Resources Information Systems and People Analytics to create a more connected talent experience across the employee lifecycle. In this role you'll help evolve key talent programs-including performance management and talent reviews-while leveraging data insights and emerging technology to drive meaningful impact across the organization.
What you'll do as a Program Manager Talent Management
- Design implement and continuously improve talent management programs and processes.
- Help build a connected talent ecosystem that links goal setting feedback performance management talent reviews and development.
- Create scalable tools resources and experiences that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders to strengthen a culture of accountability coaching and continuous feedback.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to enhance talent practices and experiences.
- Explore AI-enabled capabilities and other innovative approaches to make talent insights more accessible and actionable.
- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement efforts that drive adoption effectiveness and continuous improvement across talent programs.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management Organizational Development Human Resources Programs Human Resources Business Partnership or a related field.
- Experience designing and managing talent programs including performance management talent reviews and employee development initiatives.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience using talent data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled Human Resources technologies and a curiosity for applying new tools to improve employee and manager experiences.
- Excellent communication facilitation stakeholder management and change management skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced evolving environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 116000.00 USD - 145000.00 USD plus bonus equity and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role level and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
