Prodigy Personnel is actively seeking a skilled individual for a Project Managerpositions for our busy client in Mississauga, ON.

Purpose: The Project Manager’s role is to coordinate and execute all phases of the project management process on projects that are considered complex due to their size or scope. The Project Manager must interface with all corporate resources, clients and subcontractors. They will be responsible for all the communication related to the scheduling, coordination and utilization of those resources throughout the entire project

Responsibilities:

· Providing a single point of contact for, and coordinating with, clients and all third-party firms

· Provide professional client interface and client relations throughout the project.

· Review the schedule and logistics of project with the client and Project team to ensure clients' objectives are met.

· Set up and schedule the onsite walkthrough once the project is completed. The Project Manager will identify and review all outstanding issues at the walkthrough.

· Ensures all outstanding issues are completed, follow-up is made to the client, validating job is 100% complete, and there are no further issues.

Qualifications:

• Ability to evaluate a construction site, drawings and building codes
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• At least five (5) years experience as a Project Manager
• A valid driver’s license
• A minimum Grade 12 education.
• You must be flexible with your time and work on-site 24/7 as required.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
