Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor)

What you’ll be doing:

• Schedule a high volume of interviews
• Post job descriptions internally and externally and upload resumes into Greenhouse
• Provide candidates with information on the interview process and their current status
• Draft and deliver offer letters and new hire documents
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with candidates and internal team members by demonstrating our Spring Health values
• Responsible for on-boarding new candidates
• Serve as the point person for our background checks ran (tracking, reviewing, and taking appropriate action on background checks, updating hiring managers, etc.)

What we expect from you:

• Minimum of 1 year of coordination experience
• Previous experience in Recruiting is highly preferred
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience working with Greenhouse ATS is preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with the ability to maintain multiple priorities at one time
• Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide creative solutions

Job details:

• Working part-time from 12-5pm PST 
• Availability during Pacific Time hours is required
• Project duration: 3 months (5/15-8/15)

The target salary range for this position is $33 an hour, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
