ABOUT THE FLOCK
The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with birds all across the nest to support the growth of our teams. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will have a direct impact on the overall candidate and internal client experience. Your daily communication with candidates, hiring teams and recruiters is critical to fostering an inclusive and positive hiring environment. Come fly with a dynamic flock determined to make a difference for patients and their families!
HOW YOU’LL FLY
You’ll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:
- Scheduling and coordinating phone and video interviews for hiring managers and interview panels
- Partnering with recruiters to support prospective candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assisting with following up for feedback after interviews
- Identifying opportunities to enhance candidate experience and improve efficiencies across the recruiting process
- Other related tasks as needed
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You’re the bird we’re looking for if you have:
- 1+ year of experience in a recruiting coordination role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
6-month contract
