Job Description
Team: Analyst
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Revenue Analytics Manager in United States.
This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and go-to-market execution, playing a key part in shaping how revenue performance is understood and optimized across the business. You will build and own scalable analytics infrastructure that turns complex data from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help define how growth is measured, tracked, and improved in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. The role combines hands-on analytics work with strategic influence, requiring both technical depth and strong business intuition. You will design dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and improve data reliability across GTM systems. As a trusted analytics partner, you will proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities that drive better decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building structure in evolving environments.
Accountabilities:
- Own and evolve recurring reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including pipeline performance, revenue metrics, churn, retention, and funnel conversion analysis.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools such as Looker Studio and related analytics platforms.
- Partner with data engineering and GTM stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems like Salesforce and cloud data warehouses.
- Develop automated reporting workflows and eliminate manual processes to improve efficiency and scalability across the analytics function.
- Translate complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks and deliver clear, decision-ready insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and enforce data governance standards, ensuring consistent KPI definitions and reliable reporting across GTM functions.
- Serve as a key escalation point for data quality and CRM-related issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution.
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or Revenue/GTM Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
- Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce, including data modeling, reporting, and CRM operations.
- Strong SQL skills with experience using BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouse environments.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple analytical workstreams in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Experience owning reporting across multiple GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying trends and business opportunities through data.
- Nice to have: experience with automation tools, LLM/AI-driven workflows, Snowflake or modern data stacks, GTM compensation analytics, or board-level reporting exposure.
- Competitive compensation package including base salary and equity ($120,000 – $175,000 + equity, depending on experience and location).
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Remote-first working model with opportunities for in-person collaboration.
- Generous paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements.
- Professional development budget for continuous learning, courses, and conferences.
- Inclusive and diverse work culture that values different backgrounds and perspectives.
- Equity participation and long-term growth alignment with company success.
- Full benefits package designed to support employees and their families.
