This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Compensation Lead based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to build and scale revenue compensation operations within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
The Revenue Compensation Lead will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compensation operations, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of variable compensation programs across global go-to-market teams. This role will partner closely with Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales leadership to establish scalable processes, improve transparency, and support business growth.
- Design and maintain scalable compensation processes, including payout cycles, reconciliations, operational close activities, and workflow improvements.
- Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments, exceptions, and payout processes while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support governance, compliance requirements, approvals, compensation documentation, and audit readiness.
- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and quality assurance processes to improve visibility and trust in compensation programs.
- Manage compensation-related inquiries from go-to-market teams and create effective support resources, documentation, FAQs, and intake processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational improvements within compensation workflows.
- Translate complex compensation challenges into practical solutions while balancing strategic priorities with daily execution.
- 6+ years of experience in Compensation Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or similar operational roles within high-growth technology companies.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and improving scalable operational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Foundational technical skills, including demonstrated proficiency with SQL and data-driven analysis.
- Experience managing compensation programs, variable pay structures, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales teams.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing both strategic initiatives and operational details.
