It is ideal for someone who thrives in digital media innovation and performance-focused advertising environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full post-sale campaign lifecycle for strategic and high-budget accounts, including campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, reporting, and wrap-up delivery across direct and programmatic channels.
  • Manage and grow key client relationships, serving as the senior point of contact and ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and renewal success across assigned accounts.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Ad Operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
  • Drive account growth strategies by identifying upsell opportunities, analyzing performance insights, and aligning solutions with client marketing objectives.
  • Oversee complex multi-channel campaigns, ensuring accurate activation across DSPs, PMP deals, and RTB environments with strong performance outcomes.
  • Support and mentor junior account team members, contributing to training, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, online media, account management, or media planning within a performance-driven environment.
    • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, RTB, Deal IDs, and private marketplace buying models.
    • Experience managing client relationships in agency, trading desk, or client-direct environments with a strong focus on retention and growth.
    • Familiarity with ad tech and marketing tools such as Salesforce, DoubleClick, JIRA, IAS, and DoubleVerify.
    • Solid understanding of campaign measurement, digital media metrics, and advertising revenue models.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strong communication with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable optimization strategies.
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary estimated between $83,000 – $102,000 USD depending on experience and location
      • Quarterly incentive and performance-based bonus opportunities
      • Employer-matched 401(k) retirement savings plan
      • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
      • Stock or equity participation depending on role eligibility
      • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
      • Professional development opportunities and career growth support
      • Flexible remote work setup with collaborative team culture
