    • Hands-on experience with tools like Solvas, GCM (Global Cash Manager), and GRX platforms.
    • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in US shifts and manage time-sensitive operational tasks.
    • Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
    • Exposure to process improvement, regulatory frameworks, or market-traded processing is an advantage.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package (up to 7 LPA for Senior Analyst, up to 9 LPA for SME).
      • Opportunity to work in a global financial services environment with structured credit exposure.
      • Hands-on experience with industry-standard reconciliation tools and platforms.
      • Work-from-office model based in Bangalore (Pune location as per original operations setup context).
