Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and strengthening relationships within your assigned territory while supporting clinical understanding and adoption of surgical structural heart solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for the surgical structural heart business within the assigned territory, engaging with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and clinical influencers to expand market presence.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Provide clinical and product expertise to support customer education and influence adoption of medical technologies.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor positioning, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in medical device sales, preferably within surgical or cardiovascular segments.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and surgical applications relevant to structural heart therapies.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-making in hospital and clinical environments.
- Strong territory management, sales planning, and business development skills.
- Familiarity with medical device markets, competitor landscape, and healthcare procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
