Overview

In Speechify’s AI team, we’re looking to build a team with great talent and character that you’re excited to work with everyday. We have ambitious goals to create the greatest Text-To-Speech (TTS) AI and create Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods that can understand writings as well as, and better than humans. With goals this grand, our team welcomes your creativity and ingenuity to work with us on this ambitious mission.  

What You’ll Do

• Utilizing your team to develop the highest quality ideas and projects
• Mentoring engineers
• Researching and implementing State-of-the-Art in NLP and TTS or CV with a focus on image generation
• Managing Research and development projects
• Staying up to date on State-of-the-Art technology to sharpen your skills and coach the team

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Experience with research and development in NLP or TTS or CV with a focus on image generation.
• Experience in ML
• Preferred:
  • Experience deploying NLP or TTS models to production at a large scale (10 million users)
  • Experience managing engineers and growing a research & development team
  • Experience programming in Python: Tensorflow and PyTorch frameworks specifically.
