This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling, AI-driven organization, shaping how compensation strategy supports growth, equity, and performance across global teams. You will act as a key individual contributor within the Total Rewards function, partnering closely with compensation leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and People teams. The position combines deep analytical work with strategic advisory responsibilities, ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, fair, and scalable. You will play a critical role in designing and operating core compensation cycles including merit, equity, and incentives. This is a highly data-driven environment where precision, systems thinking, and AI-enabled efficiency are central to success. The role also requires strong communication skills to translate complex compensation frameworks into clear, trusted guidance for business leaders.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs including base pay, short-term incentives, equity grants, and long-term incentive structures.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis using external surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer) to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, job leveling frameworks, and compensation guidelines that support organizational scale.
  • Lead annual and ongoing compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonus payouts, and equity reviews.
  • Manage equity planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting, including contributions to compensation committee materials.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations, pay transparency requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, equity gaps, and market alignment issues, delivering actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support leadership decision-making and compensation strategy.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Sales Operations as a subject matter expert.
  • Support compensation-related communications, training, and enablement for managers and employees.
  • Lead compensation projects such as system enhancements, pay equity analysis, and program redesigns.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve compensation analysis, modeling, and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7+ years of experience in compensation within a global or high-growth technology environment.
    • Hands-on experience with market pricing tools and surveys such as Radford and/or Mercer.
    • Strong understanding of compensation philosophy, program design, equity structures, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Experience with pay equity analysis and pay transparency initiatives, including statistical tools (e.g., Syndio).
    • Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to enhance compensation analysis, reporting, and operational workflows.
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Experience with HRIS systems, with Workday strongly preferred.
    • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, business-friendly recommendations.
    • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Familiarity with SOX compliance and compensation processes in pre- and post-IPO environments.
    • Experience with Pave, proxy disclosures, or sales compensation is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary range: $137,700 – $198,000 USD
      • Eligibility for bonus, incentive compensation, and equity awards
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
      • Retirement savings plan (401k or equivalent depending on eligibility)
      • Flexible and remote-friendly work environment
      • Equity participation in a high-growth, pre-IPO stage company
      • Paid time off, holidays, and wellness-focused benefits
      • Learning and development opportunities in a cutting-edge AI-first organization
      • Supportive culture emphasizing innovation, ownership, and experimentation.
