You will work closely with senior revenue leaders to identify high-value opportunities and influence complex buying groups. Your work will directly shape how the organization expands within major customers and wins new strategic logos. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and centered on experimentation and measurable impact. You will have the autonomy to build new plays from scratch and scale what works across the business.

Accountabilities

  • Own expansion and new business pipeline generation across top strategic accounts, ensuring strong pipeline quality, deal progression, and commercial impact.
  • Build and scale a new account-based growth marketing motion from the ground up, including strategy definition, experimentation, and systematization of successful plays.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify high-value opportunities and align account-level growth strategies.
  • Translate product positioning, usage signals, and account intelligence into tailored, multi-channel campaigns targeting senior stakeholders.
  • Design and oversee integrated account plays across field marketing, executive events, webinars, customer education, digital campaigns, and custom content.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by influencing and coordinating product marketing, field marketing, digital, and operations teams.
  • Position the platform as a strategic enterprise AI partner within major engineering organizations, including clients such as CoLab.

  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally with strong exposure to enterprise ABM, demand generation, field marketing, or expansion marketing.
    • Proven track record of influencing or owning pipeline targets in complex enterprise environments with high average contract values.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand how enterprise deals are created, influenced, and closed through multi-stakeholder engagement.
    • Experience working directly with senior revenue leaders as well as Sales and Customer Success teams in account-focused environments.
    • Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear, actionable account strategies that can be executed cross-functionally.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared growth objectives.
    • Comfortable operating hands-on in early-stage motion building before dedicated teams, processes, or scale are in place.
    • A mindset focused on experimentation, iteration, and building repeatable growth systems from scratch.

    • Benefits

      • Competitive executive-level compensation aligned with experience and impact
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • Flexible work arrangements, including remote or hybrid options depending on location
      • Generous paid time off and holiday policies
      • Professional development support and learning opportunities
      • Opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact marketing function from the ground up
      • Exposure to fast-growing enterprise customers in engineering and industrial sectors
