About the Role:

As the Senior Director / Vice President of Medical Affairs you will be the scientific heartbeat of the organization. You will act as the scientific authority for CT-155. This team generates the evidence (RWE/OLE) needed to prove clinical value and economic impact supplying the "raw material" that Marketing and Access teams leverage. 

The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and will work closely with senior counterparts in the Commercial and Medical Offices. We are looking for a leader with a sophisticated understanding of medical strategy evidence generation and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement. You will develop the "Medical Playbook" for PDT launches across multiple therapeutic areas ensuring that our science is communicated with integrity and impact.

Because AI defines our future this role requires a proven ability to integrate AI technologies to drive innovation and impact.This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca NYC at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

Scientific Strategy & Thought Leadership 

  • Serves as the scientific authority for CT-155 collaborating closely with the internal Medical Office to ensure clinical alignment 
  • Architect and execute the overarching US Medical Affairs strategy ensuring alignment between clinical goals and real-world provider needs. 
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to garner insights and build advocacy for the PDT category. 
  • Serve as the primary scientific spokesperson for the company at major congresses advisory boards and with healthcare system leadership. 
  • Establish strategic alliances with advocacy groups and caregiver networks to validate PDTs as a standard of care within the schizophrenia ecosystem. 

Medical Excellence & Operations 

  • Build and lead a high-performing Field Medical team establishing KPIs for scientific engagement provider education and territory management. 
  • Develop robust Medical Information systems to provide timely accurate and balanced responses to unsolicited requests for information from HCPs.
  • Ensure all medical materials and field interactions adhere to the highest standards of compliance and regulatory guidelines. 

Clinical Value HEOR & Payer Support 

  • Generates evidence (RWE/OLE) to prove clinical value and economic impact for Marketing and Access usage 
  • Leverage Real World Evidence (RWE) and Open Label Extension (OLE) data to create Budget Impact Models (BIM) and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses (HEOR). 
  • Design future studies to fill evidence gaps required by payers. 
  • Partner with the Access team to develop the Global Value Dossier and clinical sections of AMCP dossiers ensuring P&T committees understand the clinical necessity of the PDT. 
  • Translate complex digital health data (usage metrics engagement rates) into "clinician-friendly" insights that demonstrate patient improvement and behavior change. 
  • Leads the scientific narrative publication strategy and podium presentations 
  • Lead Medical Advisory Boards to stress-test our value proposition against the evolving standard of care. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education & Experience 

    • Advanced Degree Required: PharmD 
    • 15+ years of progressive leadership within the pharmaceutical biotech or medtech sectors with a significant portion dedicated to Medical Affairs and HEOR 
    • Prior experience as an MSL 
    • Proven track record of leading medical launch readiness for first-in-class products or complex specialty therapeutics. 
    • Ability to translate complex clinical data into a compelling narrative that shifts provider behavior and therapeutic paradigms. 
    • Exceptional emotional intelligence and a track record of building and mentoring diverse high-performing medical teams.
    ● Mastery of scientific storytelling; the ability to present to a room of specialists one hour and a board of investors the next.

Click Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of or experience with Digital Therapeutics and/or Prescription Digital Therapeutics is considered a plus 
  • Experience in other commercial functions (Marketing Sales Enablement)

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is between $180000 - $280000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills experience and location. In addition to the base salary Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
