The Opportunity
Onfido's platform supports hundreds of documents, with each one displaying unique signals. As the global landscape shifts, our technology will need to constantly evolve to ensure we can continue to deliver a world class product.
As a result, the Document Operations team is looking for a data driven individual who can help us reach our operational efficiency goals.
Based within our Technology department, you will be involved in ensuring that we can continue scaling our document onboarding process. This involves managing the lifecycle of new documents through our innovative ML-systems, identifying gaps in our tooling and providing feedback to Product and Engineering. Succeeding together is one of Onfido's core values and you will receive in depth-training through both our new joiner onboarding process and from members within your team.
In addition, you will be led by a supportive team lead who will nurture your ongoing growth and development at Onfido.
As a Document Operations Coordinator, we would like to see you display the following skills and experience:
- Driven personality with a can-do attitude
- Solve problems using a variety of analytical and technical tools including querying databases
- Structured approach and comfortable working at speed to tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and happy working cross-functionally.
- Strong communication and team working skills in a global, multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
The Following Are Also Desirable:
- Familiarity with Looker or other business analytic tools, Google sheets/Excel
- Ability to create insight out of large datasets
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
- Familiarity with command line interface
