Senior Financial Analyst

You will work closely with financial operations leadership to analyze billing and payment trends, optimize pricing systems, and support strategic initiatives that improve financial performance and process accuracy. The position blends advanced analytics, business partnership, and hands-on data work, requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear insights that guide executive decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial operations, improving pricing and billing systems, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Maintain and enhance core pricing platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability across financial workflows
• Analyze billing and payment trends to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Develop and improve reporting tools and dashboards to monitor financial performance and operational health
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data analysis supporting new business initiatives and strategic decisions
• Lead root-cause analysis for payment and billing issues, driving resolution from identification through implementation
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for executive leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement scalable financial solutions
• Capture and execute follow-ups from stakeholder discussions, ensuring accountability and timely resolution
• Continuously improve financial processes through structured, analytical problem-solving approaches

Requirements:

This role requires strong analytical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to work with complex datasets in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, business strategy, or decision support roles
• Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large and complex datasets
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Tableau is preferred; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with healthcare data or healthcare financial operations is a plus
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on execution and follow-through
• Experience leveraging AI tools or automation for workflow efficiency is a plus
