This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare technology solutions within a fast-paced and mission-driven environment. As a Contract Manager, you will support the development, negotiation, and oversight of critical agreements that enable scalable healthcare operations and technology initiatives across the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risk, and streamline processes that support business growth and operational efficiency. The position combines strategic contract administration, collaboration, and problem-solving within a highly regulated industry where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Ideal for a proactive and organized professional, this role provides the chance to work in a remote-first culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and meaningful impact on healthcare accessibility nationwide.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts and agreements, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across legal, operations, product, engineering, and leadership teams to support business objectives and operational initiatives.
  • Review contractual terms and conditions to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect organizational interests.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems to support transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor contract performance, obligations, and timelines to ensure timely renewals, amendments, and deliverables.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of contract management processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Assist with vendor, partner, and client negotiations while maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with compliance and operational teams to ensure agreements align with healthcare regulations, security standards, and internal governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce contractual risk, and improve operational scalability.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract-related questions, approvals, and requirements.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Proven experience managing contracts, agreements, or vendor relationships within healthcare, technology, or regulated industries.
    • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and risk mitigation principles.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agreements, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Experience working cross-functionally within fast-paced and collaborative environments.
    • Familiarity with compliance standards, data security requirements, and regulated operational environments is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with contract management systems, documentation tools, and standard business applications.
    • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently in remote environments, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
    • Experience supporting healthcare technology or SaaS operations is considered an advantage.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package with annual bonus opportunities.
      • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
      • Generous paid time off and paid company holidays.
      • Paid parental leave benefits.
      • Career growth and professional development opportunities.
      • Collaborative and mission-driven workplace culture.
      • Opportunity to contribute to healthcare innovation and improved access to care nationwide.
