Job description

Team: Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in Canada.

This role is a high-impact growth leadership position at the intersection of performance marketing, lifecycle strategy, and AI-enabled experimentation within a B2B cybersecurity SaaS environment.
You will be responsible for designing and executing a full-funnel demand generation engine that drives acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across highly technical audiences.
The position blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring a “player-coach” mindset to both define growth strategy and directly build and optimize campaigns.
You will work closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and data-driven customer journey.
A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging AI, analytics, and modern marketing technologies to continuously improve performance and scale revenue impact.
This is a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment where insights, testing, and iteration directly shape business growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Architect and execute a full-funnel growth strategy to drive sustainable demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle, including awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy programs.
  • Design and run persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns tailored to technical cybersecurity and enterprise audiences.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs, including AI-powered email nurture flows and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign creation, experimentation, and performance optimization across channels.
  • Manage paid and owned channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, email) to maximize pipeline generation and ROI.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis using GA4, Salesforce, and cohort/attribution data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and growth initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
    • Proven experience building and scaling full-funnel marketing programs that drive measurable acquisition, retention, and expansion outcomes.
    • Strong hands-on expertise with modern marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
    • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and cohort analysis to inform decision-making.
    • Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., security, intelligence, or enterprise IT professionals) with the ability to translate complex value propositions into compelling messaging.
    • Strong “player-coach” mindset, with the ability to define strategy while also executing campaigns and analyzing performance data.
    • Highly data-driven and comfortable in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments with continuous optimization cycles.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance segmentation, creative production, testing, and funnel optimization.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Benefits

      • Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $155,000 to $165,000, plus bonus and equity.
      • Performance-based incentive compensation aligned with business impact.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and wellness benefits.
      • Flexible time off and supportive work-life balance policies.
      • Remote-friendly or flexible work arrangements depending on role and location.
      • Stock options as part of long-term incentive alignment.
      • Opportunity to shape and scale a high-growth demand engine in a leading cybersecurity SaaS company.
      • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on integrity, ownership, and innovation.
