This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Growth Strategy based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of growth strategy and commercial execution, translating high-level business priorities into clear, actionable go-to-market (GTM) plans that directly influence revenue performance. You will shape how sales teams prioritize opportunities, engage key segments, and execute strategic initiatives across the customer lifecycle. Acting as a bridge between product marketing, analytics, and sales leadership, you will turn data-driven insights into scalable sales motions and measurable field impact. The environment is highly cross-functional, fast-paced, and focused on clarity, alignment, and execution excellence. You will play a critical role in ensuring that growth initiatives are not only well-designed but successfully adopted in the field. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys driving structure in complex, evolving business environments.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will define and operationalize GTM growth strategies that align product value, market opportunity, and sales execution. You will act as a strategic integrator across multiple teams to ensure clarity, focus, and measurable impact on revenue performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating product positioning, segmentation, and market insights into actionable sales strategies and field execution plans.
  • Designing scalable sales plays, motions, and prioritization frameworks that guide where and how sales teams focus their efforts.
  • Partnering with analytics teams to refine segmentation models and convert them into practical field strategies and CRM-ready workflows.
  • Defining sales adoption metrics and performance indicators to measure execution success and business impact.
  • Supporting product launch strategies by aligning GTM execution plans with sales readiness and targeting approaches.
  • Driving alignment across Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Enablement to ensure consistent execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitoring adoption, identifying execution gaps, and recommending adjustments to improve outcomes and field performance.
  • Requirements

This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical depth, and the ability to translate insights into execution-ready plans. The ideal candidate brings experience working across sales-driven organizations and understands how GTM strategy connects to real-world revenue outcomes.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
    • 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, GTM strategy, product marketing, or related analytical/commercial roles.
    • Experience working closely with B2B sales organizations and understanding field execution dynamics.
    • Strong ability to synthesize complex data sets and market inputs into clear strategic recommendations.
    • Familiarity with segmentation, prioritization frameworks, and GTM operating models.
    • Experience translating strategic direction into execution-focused plans and measurable outcomes.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
    • Benefits

      • Base salary range: $180,000 – $200,000 annually
      • Annual performance-based bonus plan
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • Paid parental leave and adoption assistance programs
      • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning support
      • Generous PTO, holidays, and additional wellness-focused time off
      • Hybrid/flexible remote work arrangements
      • Employee wellness, development, and career growth programs.
