This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Healthcare Sales Operations based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, analytics, and go-to-market strategy within a fast-scaling digital health environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers sales performance, forecasting, and revenue visibility across multiple healthcare business lines. Acting as a key operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer-facing teams, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making. The role requires strong technical fluency in CRM systems, deep analytical capability, and the ability to operate in a lean, high-velocity organization. You will also play a central role in improving Salesforce systems, reporting frameworks, and automation processes to reduce operational friction. This is a highly cross-functional position where your work directly impacts sales efficiency, pipeline accuracy, and overall business growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, including user management, permissions, workflows, fields, and system configuration
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales performance tracking
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc sales reports covering pipeline health, win/loss analysis, revenue trends, and performance insights
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through audits, cleanup processes, and governance standards
  • Partner with Salesforce engineering and technical teams to implement system enhancements and new capabilities
  • Serve as the primary Sales Operations lead, supporting cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven insights and reporting needs
  • Translate business questions into analytical outputs that support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain Tableau (or similar BI tool) dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
  • Support the integration and use of AI tools to streamline reporting, automate insights, and reduce manual sales operations work
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Consultant Relations teams to align reporting and data needs
  • Requirements:

    • 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytics-focused role supporting B2B go-to-market teams
    • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including report building, data modeling, and CRM administration
    • Experience generating recurring sales reporting, forecasting insights, and executive-level dashboards
    • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear business insights
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
    • Familiarity with AI tools or automation solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual workload
    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, governance, and system accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
