Rackspace is a publicly traded company that is ~60% owned by Apollo private equity group one of the largest PE groups in the US.

We are in a turnaround effort with a strong and experienced management team.

The head of the Transformation Office reports to the President of the Public Cloud BU and the mandate of the TO is to drive strategy and execution of initiatives to turn the business around.

We are a small influential team that is at the center of all major strategic and operational initiatives within the BU.

Our goal is EBITDA improvement with the primary focus being on top-line revenue growth.

Our philosophy is that a successful turnaround needs to be grounded in revenue growth and we are investing accordingly.

We work very closely with the leadership of the sales marketing services/products finance HR and operations teams.

We are hiring core members to join this transformation office. The team will be based in India based on our experience of very high-quality talent availability.

We have offices in Gurgaon x z though you can be remote and located anywhere in India. We will require a 3-4 hour overlap with the US time zone (US morning time/ India evening time).

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large US based global organization working directly with the leadership team.

You will not be peripheral to the organization; you will be the core. You will work with a close-knit team and the learning and growth will be immense.

Job Description

• Role will focus on various strategic initiatives.

• Role is heavily oriented around Data and Analysis which will include an end-to-end Data architecture and design for the organization with the end goal of real-time accurate and relevant data for decision making.

• Part of our work is project based and part of our work is ongoing transformation initiatives. Examples of the type of project you may work on are GTM strategy country strategy segment strategy GTM org design marketing and demand generation sales operations excellence data and analytics driven decision making revenue maximization churn prevention product-specific growth plans etc.

• Data and analytics are at the heart of what we do.

• This job requires a combination of strategy skills and operational acumen.

Job Requirement

• The ideal candidate will have work experience at a reputable management consulting firm ideally combined with operational experience in a corporate environment.

• The number of years of experience can vary and we will match your expertise with the role and level within our organization

• Must be MBA from Premier Business School
