We are looking for a Senior Manager Talent Performance to join our team in a hybrid capacity based in San Jose CA reporting to the Senior Director Talent Development within the People & Culture organization. You’ll be empowered to drive talent programs that create real business value and strengthen our culture.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Lead and land global and regional talent development programs with a focus on delivering business impact utilizing strategic market mapping to drive strategy
- Operate across both strategic and tactical levels to co-create launch iterate and optimize talent solutions wherever needed
- Build trust through consistent high-quality execution that ensures all actions align with our mission and values
- Proactively communicate concise action-based updates while surfacing risks and progress early to maintain momentum
- Champion continuous improvement and actively collaborate across functions challenging ideas constructively to commit to decisions

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive people program or talent development experience in corporate or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale global talent initiatives with measurable business outcomes and strong operational management
- Strong execution mindset with genuine ownership a bias for action and the humility to adapt when plans or circumstances shift
- Proven track record of breaking down silos to collaborate with senior leaders and diverse global teams driving shared ownership and fast results
- Direct communication style that brings clarity handles ambiguity effectively and balances high-level strategy with tactical details

- Track record of thriving in high-growth technology environments launching MVPs and rapidly iterating solutions with a focus on quality
- Exceptional change enablement and program management abilities with a focus on measuring impact and driving continuous improvement

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
