Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer

This role is focused on leading the design and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions within complex quote-to-cash transformation programs. You will act as a technical expert and solution lead, driving scalable CPQ architecture and ensuring seamless integration across Salesforce platforms and business processes. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing quoting, pricing, approvals, contracts, and renewals through advanced CPQ configurations and custom development. The environment is highly collaborative, client-facing, and delivery-focused, requiring both strong technical depth and leadership capability. • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions for quote-to-cash transformation programs.
• Develop and customize CPQ components including custom scripts, multi-dimensional quoting, advanced approvals, quote templates, contracts, and renewals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and client teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce CPQ implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform standards.
• Work with Apex and Flow Automation to extend Salesforce capabilities and integrate CPQ with broader platform solutions.
• Guide and mentor developers and senior developers, ensuring code quality and solution consistency.
• Support solution reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions across project teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of CPQ implementations while maintaining performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with strong expertise in CPQ solutions.
• Salesforce CPQ Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end CPQ solutions for enterprise quote-to-cash programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ features such as quoting, pricing rules, approvals, templates, contracts, and renewals.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex and Flow Automation.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience working in client-facing roles with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently in complex environments.
