How we work together is evolving. Our AI services model has shown what's possible when small focused teams move fast — and reinforced that the best work happens when people are truly connected. We are taking the next step by focusing new U.S. hiring in three locations — Santa Barbara Seattle and Kansas City — and opening new dedicated offices in Seattle and Kansas City.
Here's what this means:
For all new hires: All new U.S. roles will be based in one of these three cities. If you are not currently based in one of these metro areas we will require relocation for this role and will offer a relocation package as needed. We will not be hiring any remote people for this position.
For Santa Barbara employees: We'll be moving to full-time on-site (5 days/week) by September 1.
For Seattle-area employees: We’ve found an office space that we'll open in June in Pioneer Square. We'll start with a hybrid schedule — Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office — and move toward 3 days per week by September 1. As our Seattle team grows we'll continue increasing in-office days.
