Job Description

Who We Are

We help fast-growing and innovative B2B tech companies generate and develop marketing led-opportunities through digital marketing. Companies like Moz, Plangrid, Snowflake, and Hitachi use us to successfully reach, engage, track, and convert sales-qualified leads.

Founded in 2011, we're now a team of 60+ people who are solely focused on B2B marketing and lead generation. We service our clients by utilizing subject matter experts, streamlining account management, and holding ourselves accountable to performance.

Currently, we track to revenue, we optimize pages for lead conversion, and we help clear the path to accurate pipeline measurement. Our aim is to pioneer what we call "full-funnel optimization" - integrated, coordinated digital marketing that's continually optimized for B2B revenue outcomes.

What We Care About

We're transparent. Our books are open, and we share the reasoning behind our decisions. We claim autonomy and take the personal freedom to work how we want, where we want. We're accountable to one another, working together toward shared objectives. We push innovation - trying new tactics and channels to go beyond "best practices." We're proactive about breaking client's bottlenecks to deliver results. We work to hire the best people, regardless of experience and background. We work to develop those people, investing in development paths and action plans that help them grow in their current roles and beyond. We know that we're only as good as our culture.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an SEO coordinator to join our fast-growing team of B2B marketing experts. You'll work directly with SEO managers and a variety of clients to manage SEO strategy, consult and drive improvements in search traffic and conversions. You will support fellow SEO managers and will be the lead day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for your clients, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting as well as responding to ad-hoc requests.

With a sharp eye on B2B industry trends and a strong understanding of client goals and objectives, you are constantly improving on performance metrics; driving qualified traffic, marketing qualified leads, and increasing sales opportunities. Your excellent communication and B2B consulting skills lead our clients to rely upon you for strategic direction and guidance.

You are eager to learn and are interested in specializing in SEO, getting to know the B2B industry, and learning how to establish strong relationships with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting fellow SEO team members with client tasks.
  • Support team members in creating and presenting client SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-site technical and content recommendations, and competitive analysis.
  • Working with client contacts and web and content teams, guiding them to ensure they execute your action items
  • Working with Strategy & Execution Directors to manage client communications, projects, and tasks
  • Support team members in completing monthly and ad-hoc client reporting that illustrates performance and progress made, with next steps and appropriate action plans based on that analysis.
Required Experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present effectively and persuasively to both internal and external audiences
  • Great attention to detail with a track record of strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working well in teams
  • Experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Google sheets
Desired Experience
  • 1 year in an SEO or marketing role
  • Understanding of and experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Understanding of content management systems, particularly WordPress
  • Past work with B2B clients and an understanding of the B2B sales funnel
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and creating large reports
Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • In your first year, 25 paid days off
  • Remote work (office space available for Portland, OR team members)
  • Employer-paid health and life insurance benefit for employees
  • 6-week parental/family leave
  • Fun and inclusive company culture
