Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in the sign industry. This role is pivotal in designing complete store environments—including interior graphics, exterior channel letters, monument and pylon signs, and canopy imaging. Our work now spans multiple industries beyond convenience stores, so adaptability and a strong sense of current design trends are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Design full interior and exterior layouts, including signage, wall graphics, canopy imaging, and branded elements. • Develop standout designs for channel letters, monument signs, and pylon signs that align with branding goals and comply with regulations. • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and business objectives. • Work alongside project management and installation teams to ensure design intent is fully realized. • Produce high-quality assets for print and digital use with a focus on impact and originality. • Stay on top of industry trends and create designs that are visually fresh, bold, and commercially effective. Qualifications: • Experience in graphic design within the sign industry or related fields, with a portfolio or sample work demonstrating relevant projects. • Expertise in CorelDRAW is a must; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. • Strong grasp of branding and ability to develop designs that resonate with diverse audiences. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Understanding of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with signage codes and permitting processes in various municipalities.
