THE WORK:

As a Solution Architecture Senior Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced digital and engineering solutions that help clients modernize how they design, build, and operate products and systems. You will guide architecture strategy, oversee build management excellence, and ensure that solutions are engineered for scalability, reliability, and long‑term value across complex enterprise environments.

Your work will span digital platforms, connected systems, automation, and integrated engineering solutions—bringing together software, data, and operational technologies to accelerate transformation.
 

What You Will Do

  • Lead the design and development of custom software and platform solutions, ensuring alignment with Industry X engineering and architectural standards.

  • Define integration and implementation approaches across applications, platforms, and system components to ensure interoperability, performance, and maintainability.

  • Translate complex business, operational, and system requirements into clear design specifications, guiding engineering teams through delivery.

  • Oversee and support application release and deployment activities into production environments, ensuring stability, quality, and adherence to standards.

  • Establish and enforce coding, design, and interface guidelines that support reliability, security, and long‑term scalability.

  • Serve as a trusted architecture advisor, contributing to solution strategy, technical decision‑making, and continuous improvement across programs.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—engineering, operations, product, and technology teams—to ensure solutions meet real‑world business and operational needs.

  • Mentor architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, engineering excellence, and disciplined delivery.
     

What You Bring

  • Strong architectural leadership with the ability to define solution direction, guide technical teams, and influence decision‑making.

  • Deep understanding of software design principles, integration patterns, and modern engineering practices.

  • Ability to operate independently in complex environments while driving clarity, structure, and alignment across diverse teams.


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Expertise in Configuration & Release Management, including deployment pipelines, versioning strategies, and release governance.

  • Expertise in Design & Build Enablement, including frameworks, tooling, and practices that accelerate high‑quality delivery.

  • Experience with digital engineering, connected systems, automation platforms, cloud architectures, or enterprise‑scale transformation programs.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business, operational, and executive stakeholders.


Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
