Job Description

Location Requirement: Netherlands, remote with twice a month visit to the Veldhoven area

Working Hours: M-F Regular Working 8:30 -5PM – 9-5:30 PM (CET) Language Requirement: English and Dutch

The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. They have a deep understanding of the industry and job requirements they recruit for and utilize specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates to the defined unique needs of client organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding and aligning with Cielo and client company’s vision and goals.​
• Strategy meetings stakeholder/client. Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in driving sourcing strategy. ​
• Preparation and postings of job advertisements. ​
• Writing job descriptions. ​
• Review active, passive and referral candidate applications against job requirements, utilize screening questions to qualify candidates for positions.
• Passive lead generation, cold calling and lead follow up. ​
• Conduct phone (or video) screens with active, passive and referral candidates to determine qualifications against position requirements. ​Document notes phone screen.
• Submit/present shortlisted candidates.
• Reject candidates.
• Developing and building talent pipelines. ​
• ​Utilization and Daily update of Cielo and client recruitment systems

Qualifications

Experience:

• Experience in recruitment preferably tech industry 
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word.

Exposure:

• Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both with candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong research and market analysis skills
• Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling niche recruitment requirements.
• Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively, finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.
• Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
