This role sits at the intersection of advanced artificial intelligence, machine learning, and applied data science, focused on delivering high-impact AI-driven solutions for complex business and financial challenges. You will design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems, including generative AI and agentic AI applications, that directly influence strategic decision-making. Working in a highly analytical and collaborative environment, you will transform large and diverse datasets into actionable insights and scalable predictive systems. The position involves close partnership with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and operationalize advanced models. You will also contribute to research efforts that advance applied data science capabilities across the organization. • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, predictive systems, and AI solutions including generative AI and agentic AI applications
• Apply statistical, optimization, and quantitative methods to solve complex business and financial problems
• Build and maintain data pipelines, perform large-scale data analysis, and extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured datasets
• Evaluate, validate, and tune machine learning models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and business relevance
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) into production and pipeline solutions, including prompt design and deployment workflows
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering partners to define and deliver data science solutions
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical outputs to support data-driven decision-making
• Participate in research initiatives to explore and apply emerging AI and data science techniques
• Mentor and support junior data scientists, reviewing work and guiding technical development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s or PhD strongly preferred
• 6+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive modeling roles
• Strong experience applying AI techniques, including generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions
• Proven hands-on experience working with large language models in applied environments (prompting, integration, or deployment)
• Deep knowledge of statistics, mathematics, optimization, and machine learning theory
• Advanced programming skills in Python, R, SAS, or SQL
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras
• Strong experience working with large datasets, including structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience deploying machine learning models from design to production
• Strong ability to evaluate model performance, make architectural decisions, and ensure scalability
• Self-driven mindset with curiosity for new AI techniques and technologies
• Preferred experience with tools such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Snowflake, GitHub, or SAS
