This role is a high-impact opportunity to shape and scale the ecommerce performance of two high-traffic digital storefronts serving healthcare-related consumer needs.
You will own site strategy, conversion optimization, and personalization initiatives that directly influence revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical thinking and operational rigor.
You will drive improvements across key ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and retention.
Working closely with product, UX, data, and creative teams, you will help build seamless, data-driven customer experiences.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about experimentation, personalization, and scalable growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end ecommerce site strategy, focused on improving conversion rate, AOV, and overall revenue performance.
  • Develop seasonal and evergreen merchandising strategies, including category prioritization, product sorting logic, and onsite optimization based on behavioral and performance data.
  • Lead personalization initiatives across homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and recommendation systems to improve engagement and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with data science and product teams to implement segmentation models, ML-driven recommendations, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing programs to continuously optimize customer journeys and site performance.
  • Own reporting and analytics for ecommerce performance, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of ecommerce specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, UX, product, and creative teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–8+ years of ecommerce experience, including management of large SKU-based retail or DTC websites.
    • Proven ownership of revenue-driving ecommerce performance metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV, or similar KPIs).
    • Hands-on experience with personalization systems, recommendation engines, and dynamic segmentation strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, or equivalent BI platforms.
    • Experience designing and executing structured experimentation programs (A/B testing, multivariate testing) with statistical rigor.
    • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CDPs (e.g., Segment), and personalization engines.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and operate effectively in fast-paced, remote environments.
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $150,000.
      • Annual discretionary bonus eligibility up to 15%.
      • Medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
      • Dependent care support, FSA & HSA accounts.
      • Paid parental leave and bonding leave programs.
      • Flexible PTO with major holiday office closures.
      • Monthly wellness and internet reimbursements.
      • Professional development support including certifications and leadership coaching.
      • Mental health and wellbeing resources.
      • 100% remote work within the United States (must align with EST hours).
