• Design, implement, and maintain highly available distributed infrastructure supporting DSP production systems
• Operate and optimize platforms handling extremely high volumes of real-time transactions
• Drive infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve efficiency and consistency
• Enhance system observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies
• Perform deep performance analysis and tuning across system, network, and application layers
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements
• Ensure security, scalability, and resilience of infrastructure and services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment pipelines and system reliability
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong expertise in Linux systems such as Debian, Ubuntu, or CentOS
• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Solid understanding of high-availability architectures, load balancing, and system scalability concepts
• Strong troubleshooting skills across system, network, and application layers
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python or Bash
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP, as well as on-premise infrastructure
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and alerting tools
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
