As Senior Graphic Design Manager, you’ll help evolve the ExtraHop brand while pushing the boundaries of design. This is a key role for our small internal team focused on brand, demand generation and digital design work.
You will partner closely with other teams in the Corporate Marketing organization, including content strategy, demand generation, web, and project management to drive creative design solutions to support revenue-generating and thought leadership programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In addition, you will work with project requestors throughout the company to enhance and evolve our brand in HR, communications, and other teams to help support and maintain a globally consistent brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished designer to fuel the acceleration of a growing brand with tremendous market opportunity in the network detection and response category.
You’ll be a great candidate if you have the following:
8+ years of experience in campaign and digital design with a background in multi-faceted interactive projects and websites, a high-level of comprehension in graphic design systems - typography, hierarchy, form – as well as multimedia execution (illustration, photography, storyboarding, etc.), and thorough exploration, ideation, and communication skills.
5+ years of design direction experience, including articulating ideas and feedback to peers and external vendors to achieve desired results.
5+ years of project management experience running multiple concurrent projects against aggressive timelines, without compromising quality. Operates with a high sense of urgency, but is flexible enough to adjust to changing requirements and expectations.
A firm understanding of how creative and design supports business objectives and not vice-versa. You’re an expert in negotiating the balance between time, effort, and value to deliver on projects quickly and efficiently.
Expertise in the development and maintenance of branding systems, tools, and processes in support of a growing organization.Â
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and vendors, driving a singular vision and breaking down any communication barriers for the benefit of the company.
Ability to translate complex technologies visually to audiences of different backgrounds and levels to gain alignment and investment.
Embody a mindset of creative problem-solving. As plans change and new requirements arise, you’re able to meet those with a spirit of innovation.
Skills
Cybersecurity experience preferred
Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and XD
Proficient in Google Suite of apps (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Chat, Google Docs)
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a similar area of study with an online portfolio
Expertise in web, presentation, and print design
Strong conceptual design thinking
Rapid prototyping abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems
Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
Ability to consult effectively with non-designers on projects
Education
Undergraduate degree preferred
