About the position:Â Â
We are growing here at G-P, expanding our tech talent presence in India. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition (Tech) the Technical Sr.Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the relationship and operations of the third-party vendor, define the hiring strategy and roadmap of G-P’s talent strategy.Â
What you can expect to do:Â
- Partner with the leadership, managers, and cross-functional partners to gain a clear understanding of recruiting needs and organizational goalsÂ
- Develop and foster relationships with the RPO firm and contingent agencies within the marketÂ
- Actively monitor a comprehensive SLA framework against the RPO’s delivery Â
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's resourcing needs, external demographics and India’s technical candidate market to advise and guide internal customers Â
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to issuing employment offers, across a variety of high-level roles, helping us find, hire, and retain high-quality talent Â
- Partner with the HR business partners to navigate people team supportÂ
- Interview candidates and influence the interview and assessment process Â
- Identify and attract prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and resourcesÂ
- Collect all market intelligence relating to competitor activities (sourcing activities, proposition to candidates, hiring ramps or down turns, redeployment etc.). Â
- Identify partners and platforms to help position our brand among key talent segments]Â
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to develop a toolkit of assets inclusive of job description guidance, marketing materials, and digital shareable contentÂ
What we are looking for:Â
- Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting in tech recruitingÂ
- Prior experience with managing RPO model/vendor relationships including driving process efficiencies and meeting staffing objectives highly preferredÂ
- Experience navigating HR business partner operations and cross functional partners
- Strong offer negotiation experience including pre-IPO compensation packages
- Experience with ATS software and recruitment websites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Twitter, Meetup and expertise of the India technical recruiting marketÂ
- Strong know-how of recruitment metrics including time to fill, cost per hire, and source utilizationÂ
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage to compete and changing priorities, resources, and time demandsÂ
- Adept at analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Â
- Superior written and verbal communication skills Â
- High proficiency in English, other language skills are highly regardedÂ
