This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate. In this high-impact role, you will tackle complex strategic challenges that shape the future of our partner as it scales. Working closely with leadership, you will define problems, build analyses, and drive execution, affecting multiple areas of the business from strategy to operations. Your efforts will enhance operational efficiency and facilitate data-driven decision making. This position is central to empowering practitioners and improving outcomes, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Accountabilities

  • Drive Enterprise-Level Strategy: Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning operational scaling, growth strategy, and workflow automation.
  • Turn Strategy into Execution: Collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into operational plans and track performance against KPIs.
  • Build the Analytical Engine: Design and maintain reporting systems that provide clear visibility into business performance.
  • Automate & Scale: Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual overhead.
  • Financial & Growth Modeling: Develop rigorous financial models and multi-year projections to support key decisions.
  • Empower Practice Owners: Partner with practice owners to drive clinic-level growth and operational efficiency.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate vendors and support contract negotiations.
  • Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong experience in building scalable processes and utilizing AI tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with complex datasets; familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Metabase, or PowerBI.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
