System Services Representative - Paramus, NJ

Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services.  Sound pretty important?  Absolutely!  You will advise clients of preventive maintenance configuration operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This role will work from 6PM to 4AM Thursday – Sunday and be dedicated to Citigroup in Rutherford NJ.

Break/Fix Support – Direct-badged technical Personnel that are x86 trained to maintain server products by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) (e.g. HP Dell Lenovo IBM Cisco x86 Oracle etc.). The Parties will exchange the necessary server products data to diagnose and determine the root cause of a server failure. The Service Provider will provide the labor and parts to repair the failed server and ultimately restore the server to full operating condition.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Valid driver’s license
· Reliable vehicle
· Technical aptitude
· High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Technical school degree/diploma
· 3+ yrs Experience in hardware support of IBM and/or OEM Servers Networking switches and routers or equivalent
