This is a high-impact Talent Operations role at the center of a fast-scaling, AI-native organization redefining how people interact with technology. You will help build and optimize the internal hiring engine that supports rapid global growth, ensuring recruiting workflows are efficient, data-driven, and scalable. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will design and improve talent processes, implement automation and tooling, and elevate the overall candidate and hiring experience. The environment is highly autonomous and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, operational excellence, and AI-first thinking. You will play a key role in shaping how talent systems, metrics, and infrastructure evolve as the company scales. This is a remote-friendly position offering global collaboration and significant ownership over talent operations strategy and execution.
Accountabilities:
- Optimize end-to-end recruiting operations including interview scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management workflows.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve talent processes, SOPs, and scalable operational frameworks.
- Lead or support talent systems initiatives, including tooling evaluation, automation, and workflow enhancements using modern AI-driven solutions.
- Build dashboards, reports, and key metrics to track hiring performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve funnel efficiency.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to enhance interviewing practices, hiring decisions, and overall candidate experience.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a data-driven talent strategy, ensuring visibility and accountability across hiring initiatives.
- Proven experience in Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or similar HR/talent-focused roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously.
- Experience working with ATS and recruiting tools; familiarity with systems such as Ashby is a strong plus.
- Ability to build or support data dashboards, metrics tracking, and operational reporting.
- Technical fluency or ability to “vibe-code” and automate simple workflows or tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with experience improving, documenting, or automating operational workflows.
