Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a temporary 6-month engagement as we continue to grow our Product Team. Reporting to Unanet's Senior Director of Talent, you will play an integral role in transforming active and passive candidates alike into thriving employees. We're seeking an hands-on, full lifecycle practitioner who has a track record of easily building relationships with and successfully hiring highly technical and highly sought after talent.

Our Values
The hourly range for this opportunity is $50.00 - 65.00 per hour. This opportunity will work approximately 40 hours per week from December 1, 2022 - May 31, 2023. Due to the temporary employment status of this position, you will not be eligible to participate in Unanet's employee benefits plans and programs.

What You'll Do
- Source, attract, engage and hire technical talent, with particular focus on Product requisitions (e.g., software engineers, product management, cloud operations, technical consulting)
- Perform requisition intakes to fully understand business requirements, translating the same into engaging job postings, valid candidate scorecards, and mindful interview workflows
- Proactively source and engage with prospective candidates through a variety of outreach channels (e.g., HireEZ, LinkedIn, Dice), ensuring robust talent pipelines
- Perform first-line screening, validating fit along pre-determined, standardized interview questions
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to ensure recruitment activities are a priority in their daily work
- Drive our candidate experience through the talent journey to point-of-offer or other timely disposition
- Facilitate candidate debriefing sessions and contribute as a member of the hiring team
Who You Are
- 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive, technical profiles (e.g., Software Engineers, UX Designers, DevOps)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions serving multiple stakeholders
- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Exercises sound judgment, sensitivity and creativity to address changing needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and remote collaboration skills
