• SQL编程能力：精通SQL语言，能编写高效复杂的查询语句、存储过程、函数、触发器等，以满足数据处理和业务逻辑需求。
• 数据库架构设计：根据业务需求设计合理的数据库架构，包括表结构、索引策略、数据分区等，保障数据库的可扩展性、高可用性和性能。
• 数据安全知识：了解数据安全相关技术和法规，如数据加密、访问控制、用户权限管理等，确保数据库中数据的保密性、完整性和可用性。
• 自动化与脚本编写：利用Shell、Python等脚本语言实现数据库管理任务的自动化，如自动化备份、监控告警等，提升工作效率。
• 性能优化能力：具备数据库性能分析和优化的能力，通过对查询执行计划的分析、索引优化、参数调整等手段，提升数据库的响应速度和吞吐量。
