Test Coordinator
Job Description
T-Rex Solutions LLC is a leading business combining innovative Next Generation IT (“NGIT”) capabilities and skills to provide industry-leading solutions to the federal government with a focus on cloud infrastructure and engineering, cybersecurity, and large systems integration. T-Rex will support integration efforts to perform analysis across enterprise, systems of systems, and individual system levels as well as assist the Government in developing enterprise strategies, technical standards, and services.
Role responsibilities include:
- Provide testing oversight support to Product Manager(s) and Product Teams
- Act as the Test Coordination Lead to manage UAT monitoring and test reporting activities across Product Teams and support triage and tracking of UAT findings
- Inform UAT testers when features are ready for testing
- Track progress of UAT testing
- Support with ELM management (e.g., navigation across features, logging defects)
- Track progress against defect closure.
- Create executive Status Summary Reports
- Create recommendations based on the outcome of testing efforts
- Coordinating the UAT activities between the testing team and product team
- Follow SAFe agile testing guiding principles
- Lead a test coordination team, including team members from multiple vendors
- Assist with best practices for elaboration, testing and training
Required Skills:
- Experience in leading Testing efforts and familiar with UAT management
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
- Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders at all levels (written and verbal)
- Excellent facilitation skills, including in a virtual setting
- Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Additional skills: Problem solver, consensus seeker, team player, and excellent communicator
Desired Skills:
- Previous or existing IRS clearance and/or ELM experience
- Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities
- Ability to work independently
- Experience leading teams and client-facing delivery
- Experience with enterprise lifecycle management and requirements documentation tools
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
- Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
