This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Training and Content Specialist in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of technical learning design, product storytelling, and go-to-market enablement within a fast-moving data technology environment. You will transform complex product, methodology, and competitive insights into structured, high-impact learning experiences for both internal teams and external audiences. Working closely with enablement and product leaders, you will design and maintain scalable training programs that support sales, partners, customers, and developers. The position involves building curriculum content, hands-on labs, and certification pathways while continuously improving learning systems and content delivery workflows. You will also play a key role in operationalizing learning platforms and ensuring content remains current, accessible, and impactful. This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who enjoys combining storytelling, technical depth, and structured learning design in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain training content including courses, modules, decks, scripts, certifications, and learning assets across multiple go-to-market motions.
- Transform product documentation, Gong recordings, and internal materials into structured, ready-to-use learning content for internal teams and external audiences.
- Develop and manage structured learning paths, certification programs, quizzes, and hands-on labs using modern LMS platforms.
- Support the ongoing operation and administration of learning systems, ensuring content accuracy, version control, and discoverability.
- Build enablement materials for sales programs, quarterly certification cycles, and major training initiatives such as onboarding and SKO preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning content with product updates, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Repurpose long-form content such as webinars and recordings into concise enablement assets and knowledge materials.
- Maintain and evolve battlecards, persona-based resources, and industry-specific learning materials.
- Support continuous improvement of training programs through feedback, performance insights, and learning analytics.
- 3–5 years of experience in training, enablement, instructional design, or content development in a technical domain such as data platforms, analytics, or cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience building and publishing courses, learning paths, and certifications using LMS platforms such as WorkRamp, Docebo, Skilljar, Lessonly, or equivalent tools.
- Strong content creation skills with the ability to produce concise, production-ready materials including decks, scripts, and training modules.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong AI, or similar) to accelerate content development workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts related to data infrastructure, streaming, or cloud systems.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and learner engagement.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles or e-learning methodologies is a strong plus.
- Exposure to data modernization, analytics, or developer tooling environments is highly desirable.
