The environment is fast-moving, experimental, and highly data-driven, where marketing is expected to directly influence revenue outcomes. This is an opportunity to build a modern marketing organization from the ground up and lead it through its next phase of global expansion.
Accountabilities:
- Own and evolve the end-to-end go-to-market strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead demand generation and pipeline creation efforts to consistently deliver high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
- Design, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, partnerships, events, and developer-focused channels.
- Build and refine messaging and positioning tailored to technical audiences including developers, platform engineers, and technology leaders.
- Develop scalable growth systems, experimentation frameworks, and marketing funnels that drive predictable and repeatable performance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the full customer journey.
- Implement and manage marketing and analytics tools to track performance, attribution, and ROI across all initiatives.
- Lead brand development, thought leadership, and external communications including content, webinars, and industry presence.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team as the organization grows.
- Drive data-informed decision-making across all marketing activities to ensure measurable impact on revenue.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth leadership roles, including senior leadership experience.
- Proven success in scaling marketing functions within fast-growing, developer-focused or API-driven technology companies.
- Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and revenue-driven marketing execution.
- Deep understanding of SaaS growth metrics including CAC, LTV, SQLs, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack marketing channels including paid acquisition, SEO, PLG, ABM, content, and partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments, interpret data, and optimize performance at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and executive audiences.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and contributing directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Proven leadership in building and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, remote or distributed environments.
- Strong bias toward action, experimentation, and iterative execution in high-growth settings.
- Competitive compensation package ($200K–$250K base with equity opportunities).
- Fully remote role within the United States with global team collaboration.
- Discretionary PTO and flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
- Access to high-impact, fast-growth startup environment with strong ownership opportunities.
- Opportunity to shape and lead a global marketing organization from early-stage scale.
- Team retreats, collaboration events, and access to co-working support where applicable.
- Competitive healthcare coverage based on location and local standards.
