• Mitigate architecture deployment risks by introducing robust early-warning mechanisms for platform blockers scalability constraints and data privacy compliance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment initiatives across product boundaries to establish unified cloud-native platform frameworks shared identity models and consistent developer toolsets.

• Demonstrated mastery in steering complex technical platform portfolios infrastructure-as-a-product strategies or centralized cloud service roadmaps within enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Deep expertise implementing scalable identity systems unified data plane architectures developer-facing APIs and cloud infrastructure cost-optimization strategies.
• Experience with agentic AI in production
