Summary: Onbe is seeking a VP of Program Management to drive transformation within the organization. This person will drive multiple, complex cross-functional initiatives to completion on budget, within scope and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a Program Management Office (PMO) that supports Onbe’s business and strategic objectives
- Partner with team members to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives within key functions and across the organization.
- Help craft the approach to delivering on key, multi-functional market-driven projects
- Play a key role in defining and driving projects that improve internal processes and operations, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Gather relevant data and conduct business analysis, develop and manage project trackers, timelines, and lead cross-functional groups to deliver on project objectives.
- Develop scalable solutions; see ahead and advise partners when projects are at risk.
- Design, rollout, and land processes and program initiatives to influence consistency, increase efficiency, and improve overall program and organization operations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading operational and technology project management, process improvement and operations transformation
- Ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally
- Ability to innovate and escalate optimally
- Track record of managing and training program management teams
- M&A Integration experience a plus
- Private Equity environment experience a plus
- PMP certification a plus
