multifaceted department<br ><p> <p><strong>ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES<strong><p> <p>Record Keeping amp Development Systems<p> <ul><li>Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all grant applications awards and related correspondence<li> <li>Use Salesforce CRM to track proposals reports and funding cycles<li> <ul><ul><li>Establish and maintain a library of common application components such as letters of support from partners projectsubject matter narratives and other administrative documents <li> <li>Use data and outcomes from programs to inform future grant applications and reports<li> <li>Manage funder portals<li> <ul><p>Grant research and Identification of Opportunities<p> <ul><li>Researching and identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies foundations and other funding sources<li> <li>Keeping abreast of trends and changes in grant availability and requirements<li> <li>Attend webinars events and information sessions<li> <li>Analyze opportunities and make recommendations for quarterly development planning<li> <li>Coordinate gonogo decisions and support staff in using decisionmaking tools<li> <ul><p>Proposal Production<p> <ul><li>Analyze solicitations and draft opportunity deconstructs<li> <li>Assist with drafting adapting and proofreading grant proposals and reports as assigned<li> <ul><ul><li>Coordinatesupport proposal teams in preparing new proposals with development<li> <li>Collaborate closely with technical leads on proposal production<li> <li>Work closely with staff to gather necessary information and data for grant applications<li> <li>Implement budget strategy by drafting proposal budgets for institutional and government funding opportunities<li> <li>Coordinating with finance program and management teams to ensure proposals meet both programmatic and financial requirements<li> <li>Manage the submission process for all grant applications ensuring they meet deadlines and compliance standards<li> <li>Follow up with funding agencies postsubmission for any additional information and to understand the status of the application<li> <ul><p>Reporting<p> <ul><li>Maintain a reporting calendar and coordinate reporting across the organization<li> <li>In collaboration with Program and Finance teams coordinate the preparation of grant reports <li> <li>Facilitate key steps of grant development and reporting<li> <li>In collaboration with the project managers and program teams coordinate the analysis of grant data to track progress <li> <ul><p>Handover<p> <ul><li>Upon award of a new grant assemble appropriate internal team members to ensure everyone understands responsibilities reporting requirements deliverables etc<li> <li>If award is not received evaluate and document areas for improvement<li> <ul><p>Other<p> <ul><li>Contribute to development team workshops brainstorms and strategic sessions<li> <li>Manage charity websites<li> <li>Work with Director of Development Director to prep for and
