Collaboration Services Consulting Confidentiality and other types of agreements such as complex distributor sales Software as a Service SaaS contracts RFP public tenders supply licensing and joint development agreements to meet the contractual requirements established by the Company<li> <li>Improve the quality and speed of existing BEC LS processes and procedures<li> <li>Establish update and maintain global contract templates to be used by Legal Function and clients<li> <li>Counsel business team members on commercial matters that may include compliance and data privacy issues<li> <li>Assist with MampA from due diligence to documentation and integration depending on the situation and background<li> <li>Building collaborative relationships within the Beckman Coulter Life
