<p><strong>Overview<strong> <p> <p><strong>Grow With Us <strong>At Hilb Group we recognize that our associates are our greatest asset We promote a servicedriven culture of high performance that encourages career and professional development The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious FPampA Senior Manager to join our team This position will report to our agency located in Richmond VA The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed is well organized able to prioritize and able to work well with a team This is a remote position <p> <p><strong>Responsibilities<strong> <p> <ul><li>Responsible and accountable for leading the budgeting forecasting longterm planning and strategic analysis for the business<li> <li>Responsible for developing and driving a proactive collaborative partnership between functions across the organization understanding Finance amp Analytics team needs at Corporate and the Regions driving constructive and engaging conversations monitoring stakeholder feedback and identifying trends and opportunities to advance the Companys overall business and financial strategy<li> <li>Lead the Companys budgeting and forecasting process including quantitative analysis around the Companys key business drivers<li> <li>Manage the FPampA calendar close forecast reporting budget coordinating with key stakeholders<li> <li>Work closely with Corporate Controller in preparation for stakeholder reporting and MDampA for lenders and sponsors <li> <li>Lead and coordinate ad hoc requests from company leadership<li> <li>Create effective performance metrics KPIs that can be regularly tracked to measure progress and drive accountability throughout the organization<li> <li>Drive profitable growth by improving visibility forecasting consolidation and analysis of results and key metrics while advising senior management on insights and recommended actions<li> <li>Develop partnership with stakeholders throughout organization and drive crossfunctional alignment on finance processes and planning<li> <li>Maintain uptodate technical knowledge market conditions and trends Assess economic and Hilb specific business drivers and their corresponding impact<li> <li>Drive the continuous improvement of FPampA processes methodologies and tools to enhance accuracy efficiency and effectiveness<li> <li>Recruit develop and mentor a highperforming team of FPampA professionals fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning<li> <ul><p><strong>Qualifications<strong> <p> <ul><li>Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred<li> <li>Minimum 7 years of experience within the Finance function or with relevant experience in strategymanagement consulting or corporate finance with at least 3 years managing FPampA<li> <li>Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting budgeting and analysis tools experience with enterprise performance management EPM systems and financial software is desirable<li> <li>Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data perform quantitative analysis and develop actionable insights<li> <li>Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization<li> <li>Proven leadership experience including the ability to inspire and motivate teams drive results and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement<li> <li>Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead complex crossfunctional initiatives across a breadth of stakeholders<li> <li>Insurance experience is a plus with a preference for working knowledge of direct bill agency bill personal lines commercial lines employee benefits and specialty insurance<li> <li>Team oriented collaborative diplomatic and flexible with excellent presentation skills<li> <li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment with the ability to think strategically<li> <ul><p><strong>Benefits<strong> <p> <ul><li>Company Paid Life Insurance LongTerm and ShortTerm Disability<li> <li>Medical Dental Vision and FSAHSA plans<li> <li>401k with company match<li> <li>Additional voluntary benefits including Critical Illness Accident Insurance Hospital Indemnity and Supplemental Life Insurance Legal and Identity Protection and Pet benefits<li> <li>Generous PTO<li> <li>An awesome team of professionals<li> <ul><p>The Hilb Group is an equal opportunity employer and we actively support and comply with all applicable federal state and local laws prohibiting all forms of discrimination in employment Additionally we have a zerotolerance policy for all forms of harassment in violation of federal state and local laws<p>
