<p><strong><b>Overview<b><strong> <p> <p>This position is critical to the modernization of IGT Systems Casino Management System CMS product portfolio <p> <p>A successful candidate will work externally with potential and existing Advantage CMS customers to determine prioritized system needs and aspirations The candidate will conduct discovery meetings with a variety of personnel levels within the target company A successful discovery meeting results in a clear articulation of the target companys pain points and goals The primary emphasis in this role is discovery related to table games operations cage operations and related finance activities including cage and table accounting and table games analytics Onsite visits to target company locations to gather additional information is required Competitor product evaluation and casino industry regional and national trends analysis are also required <p> <p>A successful candidate will work internally with RampD Product Management and other teams to ensure IGTs CMS products address critical market needs and are built with bestinclass technologies while maintaining a clear vision of the Product Managements priorities and the roadmap <p> <p>Expectations for the position include the candidate being comfortable in a business environment and the ability to present information to all levels of the customers enterprise The candidate should be motivated selfmanaging and professional Clear communication and documentation are critical for success at this stage <p> <p><strong><b>Requirements<b><strong> Preference is given to casino industry experience with an emphasis on individuals responsible for table games andor cage operations andor table gamescage financeanalytics at a senior Director level Bachelors degree in a technology related field or relevant combinations of education and experience Minimum 5 years of work experience in the IT industry within or outside of the gaming industry Recognized as an expert in table games andor cage operations andor table games analytics Ability to conduct indepth discovery interviews with a variety of levels with a casino organization Ability to professionally articulate the results of discovery interviews into product requirements and features for internal IGT stakeholders Ability to communicate discovery interviewgenerated solutions during customer Sales Demos presentations or trade shows Experience with directly interacting with customers and providing solutions Must be able to foster positive relationships with all areas of the IGT organization including Sales RampD Product Management Support amp Installation Services and Customer Success Ability to think critically and provide recommendations based on facts and experience Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as the position is customerfacing in nature Must be proficient in Microsoft Power Point Teams Outlook Excel Word Travel as required to meet business objectives often up to 50 during certain time periods <p> <p>o Some potential customer targets have broad geographical areas Able to pack and carry sales collateral material up to 20 pounds Able to stand during interview skills experience and work location These factors can cause your compensation to vary The estimated starting compensation range is $84000$185500 The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower
