and toolkits <li> <li>Support the upskilling professional development and training goals of team members <li> <ul><p><strong>Qualifications<strong><p> <ul><li>Bachelors Degree<li> <li>Minimum of 8 years of experience with pricing in the federal environment including pricing strategies structures tools knowledge of the FARDFAR and other applicable government regulations <li> <li>Working knowledge of Cost Estimating Systems profitability analysis BOE development and costprice modeling in Excel <li> <li>Experience with developing and delivering price strategy presentations or analyses <li> <li>Ability to counsel proposal teams on price strategy based on historical data <li> <li>Experience developing reviewing andor training on BOEs from a process and practice perspective <li> <li>Familiarity with various contract types FFP TampM CR IDIQs and Schedules <li> <li>Outstanding oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills <li> <li>Must be able to balance multiple proposals and manage priorities in a schedule driven environment <li> <li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills <li> <li>Possession of excellent
