<p><b>Company Description<b> <p><ul><li>Everything we do is about empowering people to do the extraordinary from our clients who are transforming the world to our team who are driving change through technology It was true when Sky Solutions was founded in 2008 and its just as true today<li> <ul><p><b>Job Description<b> <p><ul><li><strong>Role DevOps Engineer<strong><li> <li><strong>Location Vienna VA Raleigh NC Remote <strong><li> <li><strong>Duration 6 Months+<strong><li> <ul><p><strong>Any Visa will work GCs or US Citizens are highly preferred<strong><p> <p><strong>Skills needed <strong><strong>Strong Springboot experience with 12 factor app and TDD kafka Producerconsumerbroker Containers and orchestration Docker and Kubernetes and any cloud exp<strong><strong>erience<strong><p> <ul><li>This person will drive DevOps automation and containerization strategies that align with DevOps principles and standards DevOps engineer will plan design test and deliver pipelines and infrastructure using Continuous IntegrationContinuous Delivery CICD model<li> <li>Hands on automation skills designing and building pipelines automation containers and Infrastructure as Code of enterprise applications<li> <li>Hands on experience with implementing standards and best practices for the CICD framework<li> <li>Extensive experience with Azure Devops ADO and scriptingautomation development PowerShell Python YAML<li> <li>Experience with Docker Kubernetes PowerShell scripting GIT Linux Shell Azure Resource Management ARM templates<li> <li>Perform analysis of devops practices identify gaps and impediments for continuous integration and delivery<li> <li>Engage with information Security and augment the CICD framework with devsecops and standardized security tools and controls<li> <li>Enforce quality controls and gates to the build test and deploy process while establishing Definition of Ready and Definition of Done to ensure quality of delivery<li> <li>Prior hands on experience with Microsoft Azure or similar Cloud native offerings Experience with Azure DevOps Tools for plan build test release and monitor<li> <li>Provide guidance coaching training on build test and release management best practices<li> <li>Collaborate on and provide input into the CICD roadmap identify gaps and dependencies<li> <li>Perform devops health assessment on existing pipelines identify gaps and recommendation<strong> <strong><li> <ul><p><b>Additional Information<b> <p><p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines<p>
